From August 1998 to August 1999, technician of No.1 Branch of China Railway 14th Bureau Group Co.,Ltd. From July 2006 to may 2015, served as technician, chief engineer of testing company before finally serving as the deputy chief engineer of OVM Machinery Co., Ltd; From September 2009 to August 2010, research and study in Bridge Center of Highway Research Institute of Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China (supervisor: Zhang Jinquan)；Since May 2015, I was introduced as high-level talents to be the academic leader of the department of bridges and tunnels of Guangxi University, doctoral supervisor of Guangxi University and worked as the director of Bridge Engineering Research Institute of Guangxi University. I am also the specially recruited expert of Guangxi Province, director bridge group and deputy director of Guangxi Key Laboratory of disaster prevention, mitigation and engineering safety now. I am the 9th batch of outstanding experts of the autonomous region, the second level candidate of Guangxi new century talent project and won the 11th Guangxi Youth Science and technology award. I has undertaken or mainly participated in more than 20 national and provincial scientific research projects, published more than 100 academic papers (more than 20 SCI or EI papers), and obtained more than 20 invention patents. I has won Second Award of Guangxi Science and Technology Progress Award (ranking first and second) for two times, Second Award of Guangxi Science and Technology Invention Award (ranking first), First Award of Science and Technology of China Highway and Transportation Society (ranking third), First Award of Guangxi higher education teaching achievement (ranking first), 2 Chinese Patent Excellence Awards (respectively ranking second and ranking second). I have supervised more than a total of 40 PhD and postgraduate students.
